Scheduling & Make-Up Policy

Scheduling
Lessons are offered weekly and designed to support steady growth and routine—especially important for younger learners.

We’ll work together to find a day and time that fits your family’s routine.

Make-Up Lessons
Life happens—I get it! Here's how we handle reschedules:

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a make-up lesson.

  • Make-ups will be scheduled based on availability and may be offered in-person or as a pre-recorded video lesson.

  • Missed group lessons are not eligible for individual make-ups, but families may request practice materials or recordings from that week’s class.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a make-up and will be charged as scheduled.

Please note that since lessons are prepaid, any lessons that are not billable will be deducted from your invoice for the following month.

Holidays & Breaks
I understand that holidays can affect lesson schedules. Our policy is designed to keep things fair and balanced throughout the year. Because monthly tuition covers either 4 or 5 lessons depending on the month, any holiday closures (except for a longer winter holiday break) are typically offset by months with extra lessons. This means that, on average, everything evens out over the course of the year.

If you have any questions about specific dates or how holidays might affect your schedule, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Payment

  • You’ll receive an invoice by email, and payment is due on the 1st of each month.

    Refer a student—get a free month! If someone you refer enrolls and pays for their first month, you’ll receive a month of FREE lessons.
